Our online courses are grounded in mindfulness and introduce accessible tools and approaches that support caregivers in building emotional resilience while sustaining high quality care with wisdom and compassion. This three-session course directly addresses the emotional complexities and unique rewards that come with the important role of being a caregiver. Learn mindfulness strategies, stress management techniques, and compassionate care practices. Sessions include teaching, guided meditations, small group activities, and conversation. Upon completion, participants are invited to join our Caregiver Support Circles for ongoing community support.
