Our Community

Online Support Circles

Caregiving can be profoundly meaningful, and it can also be exhausting, isolating, and emotionally complex. Our Caregiver Support Circles offer a steady place to pause, reconnect with your inner resources, and be in community with others who understand what it means to care for someone.

Upon completion of any of our Mindful Caregiving Education (MCE) courses, participants are invited to join these ongoing weekly circles. Each one-hour session is lightly facilitated and includes a short meditation, a gentle check-in, and group discussion.

 

Come as you are, whether you’re navigating uncertainty, juggling responsibilities, meeting grief and change, or simply needing a supportive place to land.
