Guided Meditations
Start your week with presence, calm, and intention. Our Tuesday Morning Meditation is a free, live, weekly gathering designed to support caregivers, and all who wish to cultivate mindful awareness, by creating a gentle, consistent space to pause before the day begins.
Every Tuesday at 8:00 AM Pacific Time, we gather online for thirty minutes of guided meditation in a warm and welcoming virtual space. This practice is open to everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned meditators, and is offered at no cost.



“A decade ago as I began my journey as a caregiver for my husband who was diagnosed with a chronic, progressive, incurable disease I was on a quest to find a way to thrive despite the reality which was facing me. I came to realize that I needed a more contemplative way to live. I had always thought meditation would be helpful but I had never been successful at implementing
the practice in my life.
I tried the prerecorded short meditations on the Zen Caregiving site, and found them easy and comforting. Now, in the weekly zoom meditations I have found a meditation group that I count on. I build these sessions into my schedule because they are so important to me. They are helping me deepen my spiritual life and find peace in the midst of challenges.
